The Sneaks Summer Classic rebounded following the pandemic for its 3rd Annual tournament, taking place on July 17, 2021 at the La Jolla Recreation Center in San Diego, CA.

The sunny summer day featured 16 competitive teams battling until the end, Korean-inspired tacos from Seoul on Sixth, cold brew coffee from Cafe Moto, exclusive tournament merch at the Sneaks Clothing Brand table, live DJ sounds by Ian Hill, and sponsorship from local businesses and entrepreneurs.

2021 Champs

The "5 O'Clock Cowboys" squad (pictured, right), led by San Diego Padres General Manager AJ Preller, came up victorious against "One Pump" in the championship game to win their second Sneaks Summer Classic Championship in a row.

Local talent Ian Hill provided the vibes for the day at the DJ booth, right beside the Sneaks merch table. As a member of the community that many tournament patrons know and were happy to see, Hill showcased his wide range of music taste and feel for the crowd throughout the day.
